Garden decking SW9
Father Nature recently transformed a small, muddy garden in London SW9 into an inviting space perfect for entertaining and culinary pursuits. The client wanted an area to enjoy growing fresh herbs, host BBQs, and tend to easily accessible plants.
To achieve this, we reimagined the layout of the garden. The overgrown ground-level beds were pushed back and raised, creating space for a fold-up dining table and ample seating along the sturdy, 'chunky' wood bed edges. The wood was carefully lined to ensure longevity.
We elevated the garden level, allowing better light access and a seamless transition from the sitting room to the garden. For durability and aesthetics, hardwood flooring was installed. The raised beds were designed for easy access, filled with specific plants chosen in collaboration with the client and his mother. This thoughtful design brought the plants closer to the light, improving their health and creating a sensory-rich environment with aromatic herbs within reach.
